About the Role

Are you a passionate visual storyteller with an eye for stunning design? Do you thrive in an agile creative environment? Join our team as a Graphic Design Intern and gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects that make a difference! Design visually compelling, user-focused, and purpose-driven solutions that elevate our brand’s digital presence, ultimately supporting our mission to help people everywhere find a job and company they love.

Hourly pay rate: $25/hr

What You’ll Do

  • Create eye-catching graphics for digital, including social media, web assets, and marketing materials. Storyboard concepts, continuously iterating on designs to create innovative and user-friendly experiences.
  • Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to bring brand stories to life. Participate in brainstorm sessions and contribute creative ideas for projects and initiatives.
  • Support in refining designs based on feedback from senior designers and the brand marketing team.
  • Learn & Grow with mentorship from industry pros and real-world design challenges.
  • Present your ideas and receive feedback to refine your skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Passion for design trends, branding, and digital storytelling.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, typography, and layout skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma). Experience with AfterEffects is a plus. Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or illustration! (not required, but welcomed!)
  • A self-starter mindset—resourceful, proactive, and able to drive storytelling autonomously through projects while seeking input when needed
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with excellent communication skills; able to build strong relationships and convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand the “why” behind design decisions and prioritize what truly matters.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a collaborative team spirit.
  • A growth mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills for a successful design career.

Glassdoor Internship Program 

  • 12 week virtual program where you'll manage projects and tasks, participate in engaging virtual events, and learn valuable skills! 
  • Opportunity for in-person connections with your fellow interns! 
  • Full-time program (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
  • Fully remote: work almost anywhere within the United States. 
  • Fully paid program and paid company holidays. 
  • Two cohort dates: 
    • May 27 - August 15, 2025
    • June 2 - August 22, 2025
