Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Grants Coordinator to join out team. The Coordinator-Grants manages the ongoing process of identifying, assessing and prioritizing funding needs that would be appropriate for public, private, corporate, industry or government grant support. This role prepares complete and compelling applications and proposals to secure grant funding; ensures the proper disbursement of grant payments, as well as the completion and submission of post-award reports; and successfully maintains positive relationships with and between grant recipients and funders.

Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: 100% remote in IL or WI market, hybrid if candidate desires
• Compensation that aligns with your experience


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, philanthropic studies, or a related field is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus five years of experience in grant writing, philanthropy, fundraising, business or communications many be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of grant-specific fundraising experience is required.

Pay Range:

$29.55 - $44.32

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
