Become management material by working in the pest elimination industry! By rotating through operations, sales and service in our three-year programme, you will develop high-level management skills. Salary will start at £28,500, with potential to earn commission in sales and service. This role requires geographic mobility.

The role:  

This role is for recent graduates who are looking to progress into a career in management! The role consists of rotations through customer service (6 months), street sales (12 months) and operations (18 months). After completing the three years, you will enter a permanent management position within Ecolab, with encouraged career progression. 

You will have the opportunity to work on internal projects with your fellow graduates, and you will receive support from an SLT mentor throughout this process. You will also gain experience within HR, IT, Finance and Safety, Health and Environment. Within the three years, you will gain externally recognised qualifications in pest management (RSPH Level 3 Award in Pest Management) and in general management (Chartered Management Institute Level 5).  

We do not expect you to be experts on the pest elimination industry, we can teach you everything you need to know – you just need to be ready to learn! 

Candidate requirements:  

Required:  

  • A recent degree with minimum of 2:2 in any discipline  

  • Geographic mobility 

  • Possession of a full UK driving licence  

  • To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis 

  • Available to start in December 2024 for 3 years  

  • Strong written and verbal communication 

  • Leadership qualities  

Desired  

  • A degree in a relevant field - science or business  

  • Leadership experience  

  • Strong interpersonal skills  

Salary and Benefits  

  • Starting salary of £28,500, with opportunities to earn commission  

  • 25 days holiday, with up to 30 days available to purchase 

  • Company car/vehicle provided  

  • Permanent position and job progression at the end of the programme  

  • 7% pension contribution 

  • Externally recognised qualifications in management and pest management  

  • 4% salary benefit scheme  

  • PPE and Uniform provided
