About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Implementation Specialist with additional responsibilities for managing the Proposal Desk. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for executing GTM strategies, ensuring seamless implementation of market activities, and overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality proposals. Your role will be crucial in aligning our go-to-market efforts with client needs and driving the success of our sales initiatives.What you'll do
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Implementation:- Coordinate and implement targeted marketing activities such as call blitzes, email campaigns, and other outreach initiatives to support market penetration and sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of GTM activities, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in outreach efforts.
- Train and support the sales team on GTM strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Oversee the Proposal Desk at Nerdio. Manage proposal templates for sales teams including reviewing and editing proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather necessary information, ensuring all proposals are accurate, compelling, and aligned with GTM strategies.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and case studies, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest market positioning and product offerings.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure GTM strategies are effectively communicated and executed across all channels.
- Provide training, support and certification of the sales teams on proposal best practices, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for proposal-related inquiries and provide strategic input to enhance proposal effectiveness.
- Track and report on the success of GTM initiatives and proposal submissions, analyzing key metrics such as win/loss ratios, market response, and campaign ROI.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of GTM implementations and the performance of the Proposal Desk, including recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy execution, and proposal writing, editing, and reviewing.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a track record of developing successful proposals.
- Ability to assist in creating persuasive, client-focused proposals that align with broader GTM strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Proficiency in proposal management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Successful execution of GTM initiatives and campaigns
- Proposal win/loss ratio and overall proposal quality
- Alignment of proposals and GTM activities with company goals
- Feedback from sales and clients on GTM and proposal effectiveness
