​What you will do:

You will be a key member of the End-to-End global testing organization responsible for strategy input (tactics, schedule assessment, resourcing), scope, and execution of the testing function in partnership with the Testing Directors, the PMO, IT Leadership and our System Integrator. You will partner with the Director, Testing Management & Communication, to drive the alignment of all testing execution activities across all Accelerate processes, including core technologies and partner applications. In this role, you will partner and collaborate with executive leadership, program leadership, business process leaders, divisions/COE/SSC, IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure, and system integrators to assist leading the execution of the agreed upon project testing deliverables. You will play a critical part in aligning our global testing program execution activities to ensure on-time and high-quality results in support of successful solution deployment. 

Due to business needs, qualified candidates must be located in CST or EST ONLY.

  • Collaborate with BU leadership to define, manage and own program scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.

  • Develop and manage the detailed program Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the program schedule.

  • Create program budget with cross-functional managers and directors. Optimize, monitor, and maintain costs within budget.

  • Partner with project teams to create program Quality Plans using a multitude of quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans.

  • Develop a risk management plan for the program. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan.

  • Develop a Procurement Management Plan and be a strategic partner in the selection of procurement partners.

  • Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members. Recruit and onboard staff; participate on hiring teams for cross-functional groups. May recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and develop direct staff.

  • Develop a Stakeholder engagement plan for the program, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations and requirements.
