We have an exciting remote opportunity for a highly motivated Global Trade & Sanctions Manager to join our Global Trade team.
What You Will Do:
As Manager, Sanctions & Global Trade, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Global Trade Sanctions and Program support teams in the United States and Canada, and globally as required.
The selected candidate will be part of the Global Compliance team in P&W’s Legal, Contracts, and Compliance organization and will report to the Director & Counsel, Global Trade.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting P&W Global Trade Counsel on sanctions and regulatory matters, including providing sanctions/screening support and analysis.
- Maintaining, developing, and managing P&W sanctions tools and systems, including internal due diligence platforms and third-party due diligence resources.
- Supporting the management of contracts and billing for third-party due diligence providers.
- Advising Digital Technology teams on integration of screening gates in automated systems.
- Reviewing and dispositioning Global Trade due diligence reviews.
- Maintaining, developing and supporting P&W Requirements Change Management process for regulatory and policy changes.
- Monitoring and tracking regulatory changes in relevant global jurisdictions.
- Analyzing and applying Global Trade regulations (both U.S. and non-U.S.) to support business needs in the context of internal and external stakeholders as requested by P&W Global Trade Counsel to support the P&W Requirements Change Management process.
- Updating standard work, policies, procedures and training related to sanctions/screening.
- Working collaboratively with members of the Global Compliance team and stakeholders across the company to manage compliance risk and support business initiatives as requested by Global Trade Counsel.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of P&W and RTX policies, standard work, and processes related to Sanctions and Global Trade regulations as requested by Global Trade Counsel.
- Continually enhancing and improving P&W’s Global Trade program and maintaining a heightened awareness of the RTX Code of Ethics, acting with integrity at all times.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of applicable work experience including 5+ years of Global Trade experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years of applicable work experience including 5+ years of Global Trade experience.
- Must be a strong leader and team player with excellent judgment and professional maturity.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision, collaborate with others, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Must be willing to comply with applicable pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with U.S. and Canadian export and import regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms regulations, the Export Administration Regulations, and the Office of Foreign Asset Control regulations, as well as other relevant regulatory schemes.
- Prior experience reviewing contracts, providing sanctions advice, and providing Global Trade business support.
- Background within an aerospace manufacturing environment.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
