Job Title: Global Social Media Coordinator
Reports to: Global Social Media Manager
Location: Greater Los Angeles Area
The Role
This person will be responsible for evolving and executing community first approach to UGG’s global social media in partnership with the Global Social Media Manager. They will work closely with the internal team, agencies to bring content to life, all while having a pulse on current social trends.
They will help build the UGG community across the global social accounts by actively listening and engaging with our fans, while inserting UGG in the larger online conversation, in alignment with the long-term brand strategy.
This role will sit within the larger Brand Comms/PR team and work most closely with social media and PR teams.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- 1. Work closely with the Global Social Media Manager to help manage, evolve, and execute social media strategy across UGG global social accounts
- 2. Actively listen, monitor and engage with fans and be an active participant to the online conversation on UGG’s behalf
- 3. Publish all social media posts on global accounts, utilizing publish tools, platform dashboards, and post natively as necessary.
- 4. Contribute and assist in creating and editing social media content for all of UGG global social platforms
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media or marketing experience
- Experience with social platforms and features and publishing and reporting tools (including native social media platforms, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
- Collaborative and curious with an ability to quickly bring new ideas and solutions
- Well-versed and knowledgeable about the social media landscape
