As Global Product Specialist (Upstream), Neuromodulation - REMOTE you will assist with upstream activities and become a subject matter expert on our products and services for the cross-functional team. You will ensure smooth transitions of the product through the development life-cycle, taking the product from concept through commercial launch. Ideally, you are a systems thinker and adept at synthesizing executive input, competitive information, market research, and end-user/customer data to build amazing products that help transform the lives of people with Epilepsy and also meet the goals of the business.

As an essential member of our product team, you’ll work closely with engineering and design – along with business stakeholders from across the company – to create products. This position spans many activities from strategic to tactical and provides cross-functional leadership opportunities—bridging gaps within the organization between different functions required to develop, launch, and maintain products.

The Opportunity

• Contribute to product strategy, prioritize features and develop and ship high-quality products in coordination with designers and engineers.

• Own voice of customer (VoC) research projects and incorporate findings into product strategy and planning

• Monitor market trends and activity, including competitive analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and technology teams to clarify and prioritize revenue and user needs.

• Represent the customer in the product development process
