Reports to:  Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Strategy

Location:  Remote

The Role

The Procurement Analyst is detail oriented with a keen sense for problem solving. You are motivated and can work effectively in a complex global organization satisfying the needs of diverse stakeholders. The Procurement Analyst will primarily focus on supporting the Procure2Pay process, analyzing data to generate intelligence and insights for Procurement strategies and initiatives, and supporting the Master Data Management team’s efforts to ensure the integrity and consistency of Global Customer, Vendor, and Employee data through data entry and maintenance.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Global Procurement team with procure to pay process improvements and enhancements.
• Maintaining, testing and supporting the Oracle iProcurement system
• Analyzing data to generate intelligence and insights for Procurement strategies and initiatives
• Administering the Procurement contract lifecycle system by maintaining accurate and complete data tagging of contracts as well as collecting contracts from internal stakeholders
• Supporting the Master Data Management team to ensure data integrity of global customer, vendor and employee information

Who You Are

• Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability 
• Practiced in communicating complex processes to stakeholders
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

We’d love to hear from people with

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field
• Knowledge of Procurement and the Procure2Pay concepts and processes
• Demonstrated experience working and collaborating in a team environment as well as independently
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with Oracle or any other ERP is a plus

$31-$33/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
