Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):

$85,100.00 - $158,000.00

This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.

Global Planning Program Manager

 The Global planning program manager will develop, communicate, and execute end-to- end product demand and supply plans for a current or future product line. This individual contributor role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Procurement and Product Line Management to develop and execute the demand and supply plan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply analytical methodologies and mathematical modeling to engage in demand forecasting analysis to inform decision-makers regarding supply-chain strategies and the cost of material needed to ensure supply.
  • Oversee the development of a consensus demand plan to drive the materials requirements for captive and contract manufacturing operations.
  • Apply/utilize business process knowledge from part number to product and planning to fulfillment across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems.
  • Ensure process control and predictability of business key operations and financial performance indicators such as inventory projections/turns and cash consumption.
  • Preparation and presentation of the 6-8 quarter Demand & Supply Plan, which entails a high degree of visibility at the executive level, an in-depth understanding of the business, and also includes the creation and oversight of inventory management practices and discrepancy root cause corrective action. Work to resolve demand backlogs and other potential scheduling factors.
  • Schedule meetings and/or interfaces with sales, production and engineering managers to resolve total product demand consistent with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related degree required
  • 3+ years supply chain management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills are imperative
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed
  • Verbal presentation skills
  • SCM ERP experience – Oracle, SAP SCM, Kinaxis (preferred)
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
