We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Global Payroll Specialist to join our team and take ownership of payroll operations across multiple global and domestic entities.
As our Global Payroll Specialist, your mission will be to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while managing payroll systems across the U.S. and international locations. You should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment, improving payroll processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have strong international payroll experience, a deep understanding of tax regulations, and a meticulous approach to payroll administration.
What you’ll do:
- Run payroll in the U.S. using ADP, including setting up and maintaining state and local tax structures
- Oversee international payroll operations for remote employees through Remote.com
- Manage UK and Canadian payroll with third-party provider
- Oversee payroll for newly acquired entities in UK, Ireland, and Bulgaria
- Administer and manage the 401(k) plan and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure payroll taxes are accurately processed
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal employee payroll inquiries
- Maintain payroll process documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives
