We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in New York. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role manages moderately complex projects end-to-end to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction while establishing a project governance structure and effectively managing stakeholders and team members.

We will count on you to:

• Manages moderately complex projects or segments of larger projects to achieve business outcomes, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction.

• Establishes and oversees a project governance structure, managing stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project delivery, task management, and deadline adherence.

• Actively manages project plans, risks, and issues, sharing lessons learned with colleagues and implementing recommendations.

• Collaborates with other organizational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions for project success.

• Communicates effectively with project teams, third-party providers, and clients to facilitate project progress.

• Provides technical support and input on project proposals of average to difficult complexity and research best practice standards for recommendations.

What you need to have:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

The applicable base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
