We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in New York. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role manages moderately complex projects end-to-end to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction while establishing a project governance structure and effectively managing stakeholders and team members.
We will count on you to:
Manages moderately complex projects or segments of larger projects to achieve business outcomes, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction.
Establishes and oversees a project governance structure, managing stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project delivery, task management, and deadline adherence.
Actively manages project plans, risks, and issues, sharing lessons learned with colleagues and implementing recommendations.
Collaborates with other organizational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions for project success.
Communicates effectively with project teams, third-party providers, and clients to facilitate project progress.
Provides technical support and input on project proposals of average to difficult complexity and research best practice standards for recommendations.
What you need to have:
3+ years of Project Management experience
Bachelor’s degree
MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

The applicable base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
