Agilent is looking for a Global Talent Mobility Specialist to deliver end-to-end mobility services, including relocation, immigration, and mobility tax for new hires, employees, and interns. This role requires a global mobility background and partners closely with HR, Recruiting, Global Sourcing, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and others to ensure a seamless mobility experience for our people.
The Global Talent Mobility Specialist will work directly with the Global Talent Program Manager to ensure program delivery, including managing the day-to-day external providers, managing escalations, exceptions, vendor technology, and process and policy improvement.
This is a full-time remote position and may call for limited travel to support vendor management and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Global Immigration, Relocation, and Expat Tax Programs
Manage day-to-day interactions with mobility vendors
Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Global Sourcing, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and others
Innovate and help digitalize the Talent Mobility Experience
Handle escalations and resolve tax, immigration, and relocation cases
Drive compliant processes and ensure data integrity
Promote self-service tools and resources
Manage ad hoc projects as assigned
Plans and manages spot audits and gathers stake-holder input to drive process and program improvements
About the Role:
Full-time remote position with limited travel as needed for vendor management and audit purposes
Partner closely with the Global Talent Mobility Manager

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required
4+ years continuous years of experience in Global Mobility i.e., relocation, immigration, and/or mobility tax
Project Management
Experience working with mobility technology ecosystems
Experience using of MS Excel, Workday, or other HR-centric systems
Excellent communication and customer care skills with a focus on empathy and sensitivity to intercultural complexities
Excellent operational and vendor management skills with a focus on performance management, accountability, escalation & exception protocol, training, and relationships
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and apply excellent judgement Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with your team
Knowledge of key global mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies
