ServiceTitan is looking for a Global Mobility Specialist who will be responsible for administrative operational excellence of the immigration and global mobility program, including the support of daily activities, service delivery and reporting. The Global Mobility specialist will respond to queries in a timely manner to ensure service level satisfaction and help with employee engagement and retention.

What you'll do:

  • Support onboarding process for incoming talent requiring visa transfer/procurement.

  • Monitor changes to employment status, job title, location, and salary, and notify relevant stakeholders for necessary actions.

  • Manage concurrent and subsequent visa sponsorship for incoming visa holders.

  • Maintain ongoing case status and monitor current visa holders (track expiration dates, run reports - USCIS, DOL, NVC, etc.).

  • Influence and support the design and build of global mobility and immigration programs.

  • Maintain accurate information in immigration and global mobility records.

  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, People Operations, Managers, and Employees to support immigration cases.

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing business visa and travel letters.

  • Initiate services with outside vendors for immigration and relocation services.

  • Perform Workday visa data entry and ensure data integrity.

  • Support day-to-day inquiries and escalations from key stakeholders in the global mobility inbox.

  • Participate in projects related to global mobility and immigration, including building resource pages on the company intranet.

  • Focus on process optimization to scale mobility processes and systems to meet organizational growth needs.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships to provide a best-in-class experience for foreign nationals.

  • Manage vendor and partnership relationships, including renewals, audits, and RFPs.

  • Support global growth strategy to attract top talent globally.

  • Design and implement creative and innovative mobility programs.

  • Follow up with employees for outstanding documentation.

  • Create, organize, maintain, and file legal documents, as well as handle mail distribution.

  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or a relevant degree field preferred

  • 3+ years of immigration/HR/legal coordination experience

  • Knowledge of HR practices, immigration law, as well as legislative and regulatory changes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite,

  • A customer service mindset, attention to detail, and desire to achieve a high level of productivity

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands

  • The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate issues

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Desire to contribute to a positive work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamwork

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $70,000 CAD - $106,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits. Apply
