About The Role
Veralto is seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist, HR Shared Services, to contribute to the mission of the Shared Services team, which is to deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Handle visa and work permit applications and renewals
- Act as a liaison with our immigration vendor and provide updates associates and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations and company policies
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll and legal departments to facilitate relocations
- Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the relocation process, ensuring a high-quality experience every time
- Act as a liaison with our relocation provider for employee relocations and assignments
- Follow and enable global mobility strategies, policies, and procedures as defined by the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Conduct pre-departure and post arrival briefings for relocating employees
- Understand tax equalization and compensation adjustments for international assignments and act as liaison with vendors and Center of Excellence (COE)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all relocations
- Stay updated on global mobility trends and best practices
- Resolve any issues or challenges related to employee relocations, escalating to the COE as needed for questions and exception requests
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare and present reports on global mobility activities and metrics
- Ensure a smooth and compliant repatriation process for returning employees
- Act as the backup to the Benefits Specialist
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration or related HR role with exposure to immigration or mobility, and experience with visa and work permit applications and renewals
- Strong knowledge of global mobility policies, immigration laws, and tax regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and project management skills
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of cultural differences and their impact on relocations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience working with external vendors and service providers
- Knowledge of tax equalization and compensation adjustments for international assignments
- Experience with Case Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Speak multiple languages

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
