What will you be doing?

You are passionate about all things measurement, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

As a Global Media Measurement Lead, you'll have a strategic focus of helping advertisers scale their use of Circana's measurement and experimentation solutions to drive adoption and increase measurement maturity. You'll possess deep expertise in Circana's measurement suite, leveraging that knowledge to advise clients effectively. You'll be an influencer, shaping how both teammates and clients think about measuring the value of their marketing efforts. By understanding the opportunities and challenges advertisers face in properly valuing ROI, you'll champion a customer-centric lens in our product development strategy. This ensures innovation translates into complete, packaged tools that empower our customers to maximize the value they get from our products. You have a passion for measurement and a drive to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  •  Drive execution of plans that ensure Circana’s measurement solutions are adopted and refined to match market needs
  •  Ensure Circana measurement offerings demonstrate value of Circana products & create content to support the development of sales collateral/training/insights
  •  Understand opportunities and challenges advertisers are facing to properly value return on investment and turn into activation strategies
  • Drive strategic direction for the changing landscape of attribution and measurement. Influence product roadmap and effectively communicate market needs
  • Present measurement project findings and actionable recommendations to executive client leadership, and owns meetings with key analytics contacts
  • Partner with across the industry to unlock new partnership opportunities and advancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing or product management
  • Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, attribution, A/B testing, incrementality tests) and advertising products
  • Knowledge of advancements in MMM, sales effectiveness measurement solutions, and market demands that shape the future of measurement solutions
  • Ability to address complex/technical offerings with products, translating them simply for sales/customers; ability to handle strategic and difficult business problems, and manage and analyze data to distill powerful insights
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion

      The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

      The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 $130,000.00. 

      This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
