Job Description

The Global Invoice to Cash (ITC) Reporting Leader, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Order to Cash Process, will lead implementation of ITC reporting standardization efforts across the company’s global invoice-to-cash (ITC) value stream. This role will work closely with regional finance team and the company’s outsourced collections agents to create common set of metrics/KPIs, single definitions of metrics linked to operational goals and business drivers, using the same data source for reporting which are replicable across the company. Standardizing our ITC metrics and reporting will enable our business to improve collections performance, to reduce and manage costs more effectively, and to increase speed and effectiveness around the company’s financial cash decisions. This role will work with global stakeholders to identify and implement reporting requirements along the ITC value streams and will also support broader Treasury / Financial Initiatives that require visibility and analytics surrounding ITC process data.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall Global Invoice to Cash (ITC) reporting standardization through collaboration with global finance teams, operational, cross functional teams and BPO partners using lean principles to create and align on common global measurement standards, definitions, data sources, calculations, reducing existing complexity across the operational teams to improve global and regional operational visibility.

• Work with global stakeholders to identify and prioritize reporting requirements within the ITC process. Leverage ITC subject matter expertise to navigate across operations, IT, and finance teams to align on global and regional reporting requirements and opportunities for improvement.

• Manage global and regional ITC reporting requirements into detailed execution plans with autonomy, discipline, focus on critical details and delivery; Drive continuous progress and accountability. 

• Lead and perform technical development of ITC visualization in Microsoft PowerBI application. Provide AR Finance guidance and overall support of One Finance Transformation journey to consolidate all of our global reporting visualization tools to single platform.
