This is a remote position. The selected colleague will generally be expected to work at an MUFG office periodically. A member of our recruitment team will discuss location preferences with you in more detail.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


•    Research and develop categories of work (i.e., roles, jobs, responsibilities), function definitions and descriptions for use globally, to create standardization that ensure alignment with industry standards, market trends, regulatory requirements and best practices
•    Serve as an internal consultant, collaborating with HR and business unit leadership to ensure content developed is accurate, supported with data, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals and operational needs
•    Interpret client requirements and organizational needs to advise on and deliver high quality, data-driven, fit-for-purpose solutions
•    Evaluate, design, enhance, and develop processes, procedures and solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management, and improve risk management
•    Contribute to strategy, planning and implementation for global initiatives
•    Plan, implement, and manage proposed projects in accordance with program roadmap, ensuring on-time delivery against milestones
•    Monitor and report on project status
•    Facilitate senior executive decision-making processes
•    Lead meetings with stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and driving consensus
•    Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, to ensure continuity, as well as to identify enhancements to existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness 
•    Work with and/or train managers and teams to ensure processes are clear and can be applied efficiently and effectively

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE


•    Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable
•    7+ years' experience successfully leading strategic initiatives and transformation programs
•    Knowledge of and experience designing, analyzing, modeling and improving business processes and methodologies
•    Experience within a large, highly matrixed organization
•    Experience conceptualizing automated solutions and leveraging AI capabilities where applicable
•    Proven success developing plans, processes, managing competing deadlines, and delivering against milestones

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS


•    Background in strategy development and implementation 
•    Strong research, organizational, planning and advisory skills
•    Strong project management and process management skills
•    Ability to summarize technical or complex concepts to make them easier to understand and apply
•    Ability to successfully drive consensus across stakeholder groups with competing priorities and requirements
•    Demonstrated ability to understand both the “big picture” and details
•    Expertise in problem solving
•    Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality findings and deliverables
•    Experience with stakeholder management and relationship building
•    Proficiency with the full range of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot)

The typical base pay range for this role is between $149K - $180K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
