Global Head of Sales Engineering - Remote - US

We are looking to hire a global leader to head up our Sales Engineering (SE) teams worldwide, building a world class organisation in partnership with sales to provide outstanding service to our customers. This person will continue to grow our teams, set the technical sales strategy for our Sales Engineers and continue our mission of leadership in OT/IoT cybersecurity. Helping us scale to the next level in revenues whilst focussing in on best practice and bringing multiple Sales Engineering teams into one focused, worldwide team with thought leadership and vision for goals, processes, and standards at the forefront.
In this role you will:
- Lead our technical Go To Market (GTM) strategy in partnership with our Sales Leaders
- Grow the SE organization externally through recruiting and internally through mentorship to ensure our SE's continue building knowledge and growing in their careers.
- Partner with Sales leaders and teams to support the sales teams through understanding of customer requirements, and demonstrating the value of how our software solves complex use cases, demos, and product stories
- Create a library of standardized demos to tell the story from a clients' perspective
- Create feedback loops between our customers and product team to inspire product direction and feature priorities
- Assist with Enablement of the Field Sales and Sales Engineering teams
- Establish a path of revenue growth to help us scale to record numbers
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- 10+ years experience in the software industry with management experience and passion for building and supporting diverse teams
- You're known for an executive presence that allows you to connect with our customers across industries
- Form deep partnerships with other functional business leaders across the organization to ensure synergistic collaboration of our teams
- Standardization of global processes and solutions
- Always keeping a sense of curiosity - asking "what else can our product do and how can we show our customers?"
- Deep knowledge of the industry roadmap and product strategies to positively influence company direction
- Flair for improving technical selling processes – e.g. developing stories for individual clients
- You can build a team both in hiring new members and developing the career growth of the existing team
- You can manage your function of the organization including goals, budget, strategy and you succeed with forecasts.
- Create a network that is mutually supportive, including Partner Development, Product Management and Product Marketing teams
- Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols
