About the team
We are looking for someone to lead our Deal Pricing team. Deal Pricing is a dedicated global function that provides deal pricing expertise, financial insights and deal strategy support for negotiated users to Stripeās global Go-to-Market teams. We work to ensure deals create economic value for Stripe by establishing the deal commercial framework for a scaling sales organization, actively supporting large and strategic deals and providing pricing insights and feedback to sales, finance and product leaders. Deal Pricing frequently works with cross-functional business partners across Finance & Strategy and Product and there is constant collaboration with Deal Pricing colleagues across all regions. The AMER Deal Pricing Strategists cover teams in the United States, Canada and Latin America and are located in Stripe offices and remote locations across the region.
What youāll do
Responsibilities
- Continue to scale and develop a highly talented Deal Pricing team to ensure we provide an adequate level of support and pricing insights to our Sales and leadership teams
- Develop and improve our deal pricing strategy, frameworks, and policies
- Engage closely with Sales leadership to understand their needsĀ
- Build new processes and interfaces to support Stripeās Sales team
- Own our pricing tooling vision and roadmap, working with the appropriate engineering resources to bring these to life
- Working with sales and often directly with Stripe leadership, provide pricing thought leadership on strategic deals to help SalesĀ
