This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working 3 days a week in either our Chicago or New York City office.

The Global Employer Brand Marketing Lead, Marsh McLennan, is responsible for the development and execution of the employer brand and talent acquisition marketing strategy.
This role will manage large-scale projects, work collaboratively across Marsh McLennan functions and businesses, coach team members and solve complex problems. We are looking for someone eager to craft the strategy internally and externally, while comfortable operating and executing in the detail at times. The Global Employer Brand Marketing Lead will report into the Head of Brand, Marsh McLennan, and can be based in New York or Chicago.

We will count on you to:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to set and activate the employer brand strategy to target both internal and external candidate pools
- Oversee prospective candidate channel strategy globally (including external careers website), execute on global tactics and provide recommendations for local activation
