The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Business Services Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and management of global business services programs.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global business services programs, ensuring they meet organizational goals and objectives, align with company goals and objectives, and compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies across all programs.
• Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to define program scope, goals, and deliverables; identifying and mitigating program risks and issues, and ensuring timely resolution and monitoring of program performance and progress. This includes preparing and presenting program reports, proposals and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of global business services.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of program management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

• High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of program management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Proven history in managing complex projects and driving process improvements, with a strong understanding of global business services, including finance, procurement, HR, and IT functions
• Strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration, ensuring that best practices are implemented, and regulatory requirements are met

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management
• PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable
• Knowledge of project management and lean methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Work location:  Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to 5 %domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
