ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking IT Project Managers (mid and senior levels) to lead and manage diverse projects within the realms of business consulting, Project Management Office (PMO), and requirements engineering. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions for our clients. A background in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential, offering you an exciting opportunity to grow in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Oversee PMO functions, maintaining project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
Conduct requirements engineering activities, including stakeholder interviews, analysis, and documentation.
Provide strategic business consulting to enhance project outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.
Lead project meetings, status updates, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks while addressing issues proactively.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Languages: Proficiency in German (B2) and English (C1) is mandatory.
Proven experience in IT project management and a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Expertise in at least one of the focus areas: business consulting, PMO, or requirements engineering.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with experience managing diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
Nice to Have: Background in the automotive industry or experience working on automotive-related projects.
