The commitment for this position of a garden helper is one 3-hour visit per week at $20 per hour. We are in Middleton on the bus line and will pay a flat of $20 per visit to cover expenses (your time, bus ticket/gas, etc.) to get to us. This brings your total payment to $80 per 3-hour visit or the effective hourly rate of $26.67 per hour. If you complete work well, we tip $10-15 on top of $80 after we check completed work that day and feel that you have done a great job.

The most convenient time for us is weekdays from 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday but are open to other options if these do not work for you.  As we go, we may need to reschedule those days when the rain makes yardwork difficult.
