Game Producer - BigBox

- Drive day to day execution of features and content for a Live-Ops game including dependencies, risk mitigation, feedback and iterations.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, feature planning, and schedules.
- Own the quality assurance process coordinating with developers and QA team to ensure everything that ships is the highest quality possible.
- Advocate for the community by surfacing and prioritizing improvements that bring happiness to players and drive business impact.
- Build and grow working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Support Producers and Leads at the studio wherever there is a need.
- 5+ years of experience in a Game Producer role with experience building and shipping a game from concept through Live-Ops
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Experience executing hands-on and also looking at the big picture
- Experience driving a product roadmap through multiple releases, building consensus and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Jira and other bug tracking tools.
- Experience concretely distilling why a feature, mechanic, or system works or doesn’t work for the player, and identifying next steps.
- Proven track record of adapting plans and processes quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic team.
- Experience working on Free-to-Play and Live Service games.
- Experience working on and supporting User Generated Content.
- Experience working with pipelines that leverage AI for content creation.
- Experience building games for mobile.
$129,000/year to $182,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
