The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

As a Pilot – Captain, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  Here, you will make an impact by:

·       Partnering with the Chief Pilot, and the Aviation team to ensure safe flight operations, compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), other Federal and State laws and regulations.

·       Contributing to Solventum’s global success as an indispensable resource to the company and its customers and be recognized as the preferred supplier of air transportation.

·       Providing safe, secure, efficient, and comfortable air transportation, which surpasses customer expectations, enhances mobility, and improves productivity while supporting Solventum’s global business strategy.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

OR

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years professional corporate aviation experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

·       Eight (8) years flight experience in a private, public, government or military environment

·       Airline Transport Pilot rating

·       Current FAA First Class Medical

·       FCC Radio License

·       Valid US Passport

·       2,500 hours fixed wing flight time

·       1,500 hours fixed wing turbine flight time

·       1,000 hours Pilot in Command flight time

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

·       Gulfstream G650  Type Rating (or similar large cabin experience).

·       International flight experience

·       Part 91 corporate flight experience

·       Flight operations management/leadership experience

Travel: May include up to 60% domestic/international travel

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
