Fullstack Engineer (MERN) - Remote

Lucio is hiring a Fullstack Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in MERN stack to build and enhance our AI-driven legal tech solutions. You will work on scalable web applications, backend services, and seamless frontend-backend integrations.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Strong experience in building scalable web applications.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with WebSockets.

• Strong database management skills (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).

• Understanding of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

• Experience in writing clean, modular, and maintainable code.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates must be open to working from the Bangalore office after 8 months.

• A personal laptop is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain fullstack applications using MERN.

• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.

• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in Node.js and Express.js.

• Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data handling.

• Implement best practices for security, performance, and code quality.

• Collaborate with designers and product teams to create seamless user experiences.

Job Details

• Location: Fully Remote (Optional Bangalore meetups).

• Salary: 15 to 25 LPA + ESOPs.
