Position: Fullstack Developer (Node.js/Next.js/DynamoDB)

Working hours: 9am - 5pm CET (flexible)

Company location: United States (remote); Engineering Team in Europe (remote)

Salary: $60k - $80K USD/ year (benefits at bottom)

RESPONSBILITIES

• Lead and Execute Technical Projects: Oversee and contribute to technical initiatives including platform development, marketing channel integration, video generation, internal tools enhancement, and machine learning stack advancement, participating in all project phases from planning to delivery.

• Concept to Completion: Collaborate with product and design teams to create and refine features, ensuring balance between front-end aesthetics and back-end functionality.

• API Integration and Code Quality: Manage API integrations, conduct code reviews for quality and security, and maintain detailed documentation.

• Front-End Excellence: Transform design mockups into responsive, interactive web applications, optimizing for user experience, speed, and browser/device compatibility.

• Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side logic, including API development, database management, and ensuring back-end scalability and security.

• Interface Design and Usability: Develop user-friendly interfaces focusing on navigation, accessibility, and responsive design to enhance user engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• +4 years of experience as a Fullstack developer

• +3 years working in a startup

• You possess strong proficiency in:

  • Front: TypeScript (Next.js React.)

  • Back: Serverless Node.js architectures (TypeScript and AWS Lambdas), cloud solutions

  • Database management: DynamoDB

• Product understanding: You’re not just building features that have been asked, you understand the user journey, product vision and persona to make sure you can make choices yourself whenever needed

• Self directed leadership: Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects to successful completion

• Experience with cloud solutions, particularly with AWS services

• Prioritizing user experience and needs in every project.
