Are you a seasoned call center professional with expertise in the dental or medical industry? We seek a dedicated full-time agent proficient in both English and Spanish, residing in California.

You will leverage your expertise to handle a large number of customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding service with each interaction. You will be supporting dental patients and providers and will be assisting them with general inquiries, claims processing, claim status checks, and other core processes and tasks related to a healthcare support and service mission. This is a great opportunity to help others deal with their level of care.

Position Highlights:

  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Location: Remote within California
  • Experience: Minimum one year in a call center role, preferred experience in medical or dental call centers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Customer Service: Manage incoming calls, address customer inquiries, or escalate issues as needed
  • Efficiency: Process calls promptly to meet performance metrics
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, management, and customers to resolve service issues effectively

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Experience: At least one year in inbound customer service call center.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Problem-Solving: Strong written and oral skills to address inquiries professionally
  • Internet Requirement: Minimum download speed of 50 Mbps
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is required
