About Your New Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-level Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of our web applications, working with a range of technologies such as PHP, Python, React with TypeScript, Linux, Ubuntu, Apache, and MySQL.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career or looking to expand their full-stack development skills. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, gain exposure to various aspects of the development lifecycle, and have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our innovative products. This is a 100% Remote, Full-Time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define, design, and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end applications.
- Assist in ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, learning from feedback and contributing to a culture of quality.
- Work with databases, including designing and optimizing schemas under guidance.
- Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner with support from senior team members.
- Help integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Contribute to testing efforts, including writing unit and integration tests.
- Stay curious and learn new technologies with the support of the team.
What You'll Need for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a related role.
- Proficiency in back-end development, particularly with PHP and Python.
- Understanding of in front-end technologies such as React or Vue.js, and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic principles of microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn from experienced team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bonus: Experience with SSO, Identity Management (e.g., Okta, Auth0), or Big Data reporting.
- A portfolio of past projects, code samples, or GitHub contributions is a plus.

The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.
