As the CRM Administrator at Somewhere, you will be a critical driver of process optimization and innovation. You will not only refine existing workflows but also design and implement new business processes that directly impact our OKRs and fuel company growth. Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure the effectiveness and seamless delivery of CRM solutions across our operations, marketing, and finance divisions, all within the HubSpot ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

•  Design and develop end-to-end solutions to collect, store, and analyze customer data automatically.
• Implement sentiment analysis algorithms to gather and analyze social media data about customers.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration and utilization.
• - Build and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems to support data processing and analysis.
• - Ensure the technical feasibility and optimization of infrastructure setup for data modeling.

Requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Expertise in building scalable, secure, and efficient data infrastructure.
• -Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java).
• Experience with database management systems and data modeling (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, including sentiment analysis, machine learning, and data mining.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within the established timeframe.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data collection tools and APIs (e.g., social media APIs).
• Experience working with AI/ML algorithms to automate data analysis processes.
• Prior experience with customer analytics and social media data collection is a plus.
