Location: RemoteSalary Range: $90,000 - $110,000Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CSTSponsorship: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

The Role

As a Front End / Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in modernizing our insurance technology platform. Working closely with our development team and business analysts, you will design, develop, and enhance web applications and user interfaces for a seamless user experience.

You will also collaborate on API integration and backend services, ensuring our applications are high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about front-end development but also has the full-stack capability to contribute across the tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and dynamic web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Enhance and maintain UI components, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and web services.
• Improve application performance and optimize front-end code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.
• Work with UX/UI designers to bring designs to life.
• Utilize version control tools (Git/GitHub) for code management.
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues efficiently.
• Contribute to the transition from legacy applications to modern web frameworks.

Qualifications

What You Bring

✔ 2-5 years of experience in front-end development with React, Angular, or Vue.js✔ Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS✔ Experience with .NET Framework and Web Services (for full-stack development)✔ Proficiency in C# and experience using Visual Studio✔ Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and database querying✔ Experience with Azure, API development, and Swagger✔ Strong understanding of version control tools (Git/GitHub)✔ Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices✔ Ability to debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability

🔹 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working on enterprise-level web applications
• Familiarity with cloud-native development and Azure DevOps
• Previous work updating or transitioning legacy applications

Education & Certifications
