• Develop, design, create, modify, and/or test mobile and desktop web software applications or systems.
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
• Implement features and user interfaces to optimize performance of user-facing products.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. and 36 months experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. (Foreign equivalent accepted).
• Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
• 1. Building web applications using JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6
• 2. HTML or CSS including layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility
• 3. Browser APls and optimizing front end performance of web-based applications
• 4. Front end development of mobile and desktop applications using React
• 5. Debugging or benchmarking
• 6. Writing code for User Interface components and
• 7. Building tools, linting and formatting of the codebase
