Job Title: Front End Developer (LATAM)

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

Compensation: $3000-$4000/month (Salary based on assessment)

Job Description:

We are currently in search of a mid to senior-level front-end developer with a strong background in React and an innovative mindset. As the face of our digital real estate marketplace platform, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive interfaces, ensuring smooth user experiences, and integrating your own unique design perspectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end UI for our digital real estate platform to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience.

• Work closely with back-end developers to ensure the integrity of the UI throughout the development lifecycle.

• Bring in your own creative ideas and perspectives to constantly evolve and innovate the platform's UI/UX.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment with design systems and standards while also bringing your innovative solutions to the table.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, front-end development best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Must-haves: 

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.

• Thorough understanding of Next.JS, React.js and its core principles.

• Proven ability to work independently, bring forth original ideas, and be a proactive problem solver.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Availability and willingness to operate within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with Mapbox or other navigation map integrations.
