As part of our "security first" mindset, Alight is steadfastly committed to protecting our customers’ accounts and data by preventing, predicting, detecting, and responding to potential unauthorized account access and fraud. As a Fraud Investigator reporting to Alight’s Director of Investigations within Client & Customer Security, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations to combat emerging and evolving threats to our customers and clients.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and will:
Use Alight’s advanced systems to review, classify, triage, and assign initial reports of suspected fraud from customers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Gather evidence including querying, obtaining, sorting, analyzing, correlating, documenting, and preserving customer account changes, authentication, and other relevant activity.
Write detailed investigation reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Leverage Alight’s sophisticated fraud detection systems and tools to proactively identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills by working collaboratively with other fraud investigators and internal/external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive fraud prevention and detection.
Act as Alight’s representative in communications with law enforcement agencies, providing necessary assistance and information to support legal investigations.
Have knowledge and understanding of U.S. retirement services including pension, 401k, and health-related savings services such as HSA, HRA, and FSA programs.
Engage in continuous professional development and take on additional duties as assigned by leadership to enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s success.

72,200 USDMaximum :
