Webflowâs Corporate Finance team is passionate about solving the companyâs most critical business challenges. As an FP&A Manager, youâll play a key role in leading financial planning and analysis initiatives, partnering closely with executive leaders to provide strategic, data-driven insights that drive high-impact decisions. Youâll oversee the companyâs annual and quarterly planning processes, optimize resource allocation, enhance financial models, and manage internal reporting tools to ensure financial predictability and alignment with Webflowâs long-term strategic goals.
This role requires a highly analytical and strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, communicates effectively, and approaches complex problems in a structured manner. With substantial visibility across the organization, youâll be at the center of Webflowâs most important business decisions, working across teams to drive efficiency, performance, and sustainable growth.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidateâs geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As an FP&A Manager youâll âŚÂ
- Lead Financial Processes â Oversee company-wide financial operations, including month-end close, variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Provide guidance and training to the FP&A team to enhance financial expertise and drive operational excellence.
- Develop Analytical Models â Build sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks that drive strategic decision-making. Deliver concise, high-impact reports and presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
