FP&A Manager I

Responsibilities:
- Serve as POC for Business Area and Functional Area budgeting, tracking, and reporting
- Lead a team of 4 analysts through day to day financial critical path actions for monthly reporting and analysis
- Assist Director of FP&A with ad hoc analysis and reporting for C-Suite consumption and decision making
- Create and implement process and tool improvements within monthly reporting and analysis cycle
- Ensure data across SNC systems is consistent and accurate in financial reporting and modeling
Qualifications You Must Have:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics - relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Typically, 6+ years of progressive finance experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience
- Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements
- Leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role in business, program or operations management
- Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
- Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
- Understanding of labor rate composition

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 - $171,560.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
