Position Overview:
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Professional is responsible for developing financial models, conducting variance analyses, preparing forecasts, and supporting strategic planning efforts. This role involves working closely with various departments to provide actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
● Financial Modeling and Forecasting:
    ○ Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, 
    forecasting, and long-term planning.
    ○ Analyze financial performance and trends to provide accurate forecasts and 
    projections.
● Budgeting and Financial Planning:
    ○ Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with 
    organizational goals and strategies.
    ○ Prepare and review periodic financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, 
    and cash flow.
● Variance Analysis:
    ○ Perform detailed variance analysis to compare actual performance against 
    budgeted and forecasted figures.
    ○ Identify key drivers of financial performance and provide recommendations     for corrective actions.
● Strategic Analysis and Reporting:
    ○ Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, including 
    business cases for new projects or investments.
    ○ Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management and 
    stakeholders.
● Performance Measurement:
    ○ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business 
    performance and operational efficiency.
    ○ Conduct profitability and cost-benefit analyses to guide decision-making.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    ○ Work closely with departmental heads to gather data, understand business 
    needs, and provide financial insights.
    ○ Support various teams with financial data, analysis, and advice for decision-
    making purposes.
● Process Improvement:
    ○ Identify and implement improvements in financial planning processes and tools to
    enhance accuracy and efficiency.
    ○ Ensure that financial processes adhere to best practices and organizational 
    standards.
● Compliance and Documentation:
    ○ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.    ○ Maintain thorough documentation of financial models, analyses, and 
    assumptions.

Qualifications:
● Education:
    ○ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA
    or advanced degree is a plus.
● Experience:
    ○ Three years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles, with 
    Healthcare industry experience a plus.
    ○ Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
● Skills:
    ○ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex 
    financial data and provide actionable insights.
    ○ Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial 
    modeling software).
    ○ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey 
    financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    ○ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
    ○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
