As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work closely with strategic leaders at Almedia on high-priority, projects critical to the company's success. You’ll take ownership of initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating with internal teams to drive progress and overcome challenges. This role demands strategic thinking, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit.

What You’ll Do 🎯

• Lead high-priority projects: Take full ownership of key projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

• Business development support: Assist different teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities such as partnerships, market expansions, and product innovations.

• Develop a deep understanding of the business: Engage with all aspects of the company, from user acquisition to product development, to gain a comprehensive view of how the business operates.

• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination: Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams on objectives, timelines, and resource needs.

• Optimize operational efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
