Fleet Support Administrator

CloudTrucks is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Safety & Compliance team in supporting our fleet operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing daily trucking compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to key rules and regulations, and escalating complex issues to the team’s Subject Matter Expert. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently with precision, and consistently delivers accurate and timely results.


This role will require this person to be in office hybrid at our Dallas, TX office.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain driver candidate incoming records.

  • Review expired documents, request updates and upload into various databases.

  • Monitor driver fitness, eligibility, and safety score thresholds, taking necessary action.

  • Post-Accident driver communication, statement collection and recording.

  • File retention and organization for all government communications.

  • Weekly Driver reconciliation - Insurance/Console/Samba.

  • Monitor driver safety score thresholds and add to Safety Watch.

  • Manage Safety & Compliance various  inboxes and addressing inquires promptly.

  • Create and manage safety training materials as directed.

  • Process permit renewals for trucking operations.

  • Prepare and submit external compliance reporting.

What You Need to Have

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • 2 years administrative office experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task based on changing priorities

  • Proficient in Google Suite  applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides and Gmail

  • Experience in fleet compliance, data entry, or fleet maintenance is a plus but not required
