Fleet Manager
Parsons is looking for a Fleet Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to Manage Parsons fleet of vehicles for North America (trucks, vans, etc.) for programs and projects. You will also oversee the Enterprise Fleet Management Contract and business relationship. Ensure vehicle maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections are conducted timely and effectively. Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures. Manage the fleet budget, accurate invoicing, and control costs for Supply Chain Operations. Track vehicle locations and monitor driver behavior. Investigate and resolve vehicle accidents and incidents. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Vehicle Acquisitions in collaboration with Enterprise Fleet Management:
Determines right type of vehicles (trucks, vans, etc.)
Works with Enterprise to negotiate vehicle leases/purchases
Supports the programs/projects on replacing aged vehicles
Coordinates with John Barker to promote safety kits in vehicles
Manages relationships with service providers (Vehicle, Repair, Fuel, Internal, etc.)
Driver Management & Compliance
Ensures all drivers sign acknowledgement forms complying with Fleet Policy
Oversees that Drivers have taken training classes
Monitors driver performance records with DMV violations
Reminds Drivers they are responsible for all toll violations
Communicates / Trains drivers on maintain policy and procedures
Supports Integration of Acquisition vehicles
Vehicle Maintenance / Fuel Management / Cost Controls
Responsible for WEX fuel cards for drivers
Communicates with PMs and PDs to instruct drives to use recommended maintenance shops
Identify any opportunities for cost savings.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
2 to 5 years’ experience in Fleet Management
High School or associate’s degree
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
Certification: National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) preferred but not required.
