Requirements:
- Experience cooking in a hotel or banquet setting
- Advanced Food Safety Certification
- Pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
- Pass a Criminal Backgroud Check

Job Summary
Prepares food in accordance with applicable corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.
