POSITION: Fire & Security Design Team Leader

SALARY:  Opportunity to earn £55,000 (base is determined on experience)

LOCATION: Home based working on national projects

What you will do

• Lead a small team of design engineers, managing workloads and priorities
• Produce high quality designs and proposal that increase win rates
• To support the sales team as a technical expert

How you will do it

• You will complete system design and costings of mid and large-scale security solutions
• You will design solutions for a range of new or existing sites
• Establishes a professional relationship to understand the customers needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customers requirements

What we look for

• Working within an engineering environment (Electrical, Control and Instrumentation)
• Design of Security Systems is required – must include Enterprise Systems both CCTV and ACS to include Integrated Systems
• Demonstrable experience in delivering large and complex project proposals/ tender designs/ costs
• Driving license
