Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Financial Systems Technology Manager to join our team to join our team! In this role you will get to manage and implement the One Parsons Processes needed for a new Financial ERP System.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the staff on the Systems Financial Technology team

• Work with staff across all segments of Parsons to implement Sales to Cash processes and procedures

• Work closely with the Consultant and Systems Integrators who will be hired to assist with the ERP implementation.

• Work closely with the IT, Business and Operations departments to define the Requirements for a One Parsons system related to Sales to Cash processes.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• BA degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar degree

• 10+ years of experience in Management

• Understanding of both PRISM and Costpoint and the systems that support them.

• Have participated in prior company acquisitions, in relation to implementing new acquisitions in the current Financial ERP Systems

• Strong communication skills

• Capable scheduling and managing detail elements of the overall program

• Manage teams of various disciplines in accomplishing the Financial Implementation.

Salary Range: 

$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
