We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role will serve as the primary administrator for Workday Financials and own the end-to-end integration of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will bridge finance and technology—ensuring seamless data flow between systems, maintaining financial data integrity, and optimizing system performance to support a fast-paced and growing organization.
This individual will play a critical role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our financial systems architecture, including integrations with platforms such as banking portals, expense and AP tools (e.g., Concur), revenue systems, and other internal or third-party applications.
In this role, you will:
Act as the system owner and administrator for Workday Financials, including configuration, user access, reporting, and workflows.
Manage and maintain integrations between Workday and other financial systems such as:
Concur
Banking Platforms
Invoice and Payment Portals like HighRadius and Stripe
Internal tools or homegrown applications
Monitor and support data flow and reconciliation between systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.
Troubleshoot system and integration issues, collaborating with vendors or internal IT to resolve them promptly.
Lead or support new financial systems implementations and upgrades, including mapping business requirements to technical configurations.
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and IT to identify automation opportunities and streamline cross-system processes.
Maintain documentation of system architecture, integrations, data flows, and process controls.
Assist with compliance and audit activities by ensuring system and data integrity.
Manage the financial integration aspects of acquisition activity, migrating data, and onboarding acquired entities into our financial systems.
Act as a champion for AI and automation initiatives within the Finance team.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks through AI tools and technology-driven solutions.

The Financial Systems Administrator is a tech-savvy problem solver, a systems thinker, and a trusted partner to the Accounting and Finance team. They bring a unique blend of financial knowledge and technical expertise, serving as the bridge between finance operations and the systems that power them. This person thrives on making processes more efficient, data more reliable, and tools more integrated.
They are detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture—understanding how each system connects to the broader financial ecosystem. Whether they’re managing an integration between Workday and Concur, troubleshooting a data sync with a banking platform, or designing automation to reduce manual work, they approach every challenge with curiosity, precision, and follow-through.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing financial systems or ERP platforms, with a strong focus on Workday Financials.
Solid understanding of accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, banking, and expense management.
Experience managing system integrations and financial data workflows, ideally across multiple tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to connect technical and business needs.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $170,000 w/ 15% annual bonus
