Job Summary:

The Financial Services Consultant (FSC) - New EFS Manager has responsibility for coaching and mentoring new EFS (Exclusive Financial Specialist) in their first 36 months with Allstate. The market will cover the West Territory. The FSC will assist in growing sales and distribution footprint through the development and implementation of Allstate Financial Services (AFS) business strategies for their assigned territory. As mentioned, they would be working with new exclusive financial specialists with tenure of less than three years. This includes the AFS production plan, exclusive agent (EA), and exclusive financial specialist (EFS) development, EFS appointments, and EFS retention, and tactics to increase AFS s impact on Allstate customers to deliver on Our Shared Purpose to empower customers with protection to help them achieve their hopes and dreams.

 

The selected individual will have limited travel in this homebased opportunity. The market will cover the Central time zone.
