A Brief Overview

The position provides business and financial advice to the management team through analysis and budgeting functions. This position is responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, financial reports and analyses. Serves as a liaison to assist business leaders with their financial needs. The position also assists with supporting TriNet's financial planning and reporting systems.

What you will do:

  • Analyzes customer profitability, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.
  • Prepares monthly budgets and forecasts.
  • Provides financial reports on actual results against targets and analyzes variances and trends.
  • Prepares financial presentations for management and/or Board of Directors using Oracle Planning, AnaPlan, and PowerPoint.
  • Assists in ongoing improvement of TriNet's financial, planning, and business intelligence systems.
  • Assists in ad hoc financial analysis projects and report preparation as - Required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience - Required 

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 2+ years experience in a financial planning and analysis role - Required 
  • Experience with Oracle Planning (EPBCS) - Required
