ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented junior-level Finance Operations Specialist who is passionate about finance and eager to grow into broader roles such as revenue operations, bookkeeping, or controller positions. In this role, you'll work with our fast-paced team to ensure our financial data is accurate and well-managed, helping to streamline operations and drive efficiency across the organization.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Review and reconcile data between our CRM and payment processor to ensure accuracy.

  • Assist with preparing and reconciling commission reports as part of revenue support.

  • Work collaboratively with finance, sales, and customer success teams to resolve data issues.

  • Help process invoices, payments, and billing inquiries to support accounts payable and receivable functions.

  • Aid in sales tax registration and maintain tax exemption records to ensure compliance.

  • Support financial reporting by conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and generating reports

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles is desirable.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the ability to document technical information clearly and concisely.

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Solid experience using spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and payment processors (such as Stripe) is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Haves

  • Startup / B2B SaaS experience

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot

  • Experience with billing and invoicing systems (preferably Stripe)
