Key responsibilities: 

  • plan and control costs effectively to optimize company resources
  • calculate expense allocation keys for accurate financial reporting 
  • prepare monthly financial result reports, including plan realization and deviation analyses 
  • devise plans and long-term forecasts 
  • provide essential financial data for decision-making processes 
  • prepare management-oriented analyses and reports to guide strategic initiatives 
  • supply data for banks, auditors, and other institutions as required 

You may be the perfect fit if you have: 

  • a higher education degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking 
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role 
  • an understanding of business and financial processes 
  • analytical expertise, with the ability to analyze accounting data and financial statements with precision 
  • fluency with MS Office tools, in particular, mastery of Excel 
  • excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude 
  • exceptional analytical and presentation skills 
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • fluency in Polish and English 

Nice-to-have experience: 

  • familiarity with Power Query 
  • experience working with BI tools such as Qlik Sense 

Salary range: 

  • contract of employment: 7500 – 9000 PLN gross/month
