Financial Analyst (US Investment Management Firm, Home-based)

Salary: P90,000 to P130,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday  (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate analysis or financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modelling, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including property valuation, leasing, and market dynamics
• Experience with real estate financial software (e.g., Argus, CoStar, RealPage) is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of real estate capital markets and investment structures

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or MBA
• CFA, CCIM, or other relevant professional certifications
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in real estate analysis

What will you do?

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of commercial real estate properties and portfolios
• Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel for property valuation, cash flow projections, and investment analysis
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to support investment decisions
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on property performance, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and dispositions
• Collaborate with asset management teams to optimize property performance and value
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial real estate assets
